Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from Billing in the dashboard. Every past invoice is available there.
If a payment fails, your account keeps working while we retry — you will not be locked out mid-hiring. You will get an email with a link to update your card.

Your assessment history, candidate records, and API keys are preserved regardless of plan status. Downgrading or pausing never deletes past results.
